The day was wet and not very inviting so once we got moving we set about to do 'indoor' activities. This included the Museum and the Art Gallery - both were really interesting. Then we decided against the walk in the park - at least I did - too awful and windy.
We went to a great cafe called Indigo for a coffee and cake - awesome place and then popped into the community arts centre and purchased a couple of things from the ladies there. We had been the only visitors all day but I think they were pleased about the sales....
Looks like the weather is finally clearing and hopefully will be fine for our trip to Wellington tomorrow.
